ZANGIEF

Zangief, also known as the "Red Cyclone" is a video game character created by Capcom. He is part of the Street Fighter series of fighting games, first starring in Street Fighter 2. His signature fighting style is close up and wrestler based, with devastating throws and powerful base moves. This makes him tough up close, though often has trouble with foes with projectiles.

Zangief is a close-range character as he is a wrestling type. Many of his moves are more complicated to pull off due to the 360 motions input required to perform the moves, making him a character for advanced players. Zangief is one of the slowest of all characters in the Street Fighter games, and presents a large target, yet is widely considered high-tier as he has several means to bypass projectile attacks such as Spinning Lariat and Banishing Flat, the ability to walk unphased into a hit during his Flying Power Bomb, and the ability of his Spinning Piledriver to grab opponents out of most ground-based moves.

Zangief is similar to the original 1987 version of Birdie, as both characters are depicted as very large men with mohawk haircuts. Zangief is also similar in terms of build and fighting style to Mike Haggar from Final Fight, whose spinning clothesline move he emulates, not to mention that Zangief's alternate costume in Street Fighter IV is a nod to Mike Haggar's costume. There is a theory supported by Saturday Night Slam Masters on the Super Nintendo that Mike Haggar and Zangief know each other as former wrestling partners before Mike became the mayor of Metro City.

YUN

Yun (ユン) is a character in the Street Fighter series. He first appeared in Street Fighter III and is voiced by Koji Tobe in New Generation and 2nd Impact and Kentaro Ito in 3rd Strike. He is also a playable character in the arcade version of Super Street Fighter IV.

Yun has long, brown hair that is braided into a pony tail which is covered by a blue baseball cap with a yellow visor and a circle with a skateboard in it. He sports a sleeveless, white kung fu shirt with a yellow hem and blue trim and buttons. On his arms, yellow wristbands that continue to form fingerless gloves, and black pants and sneakers. Yun is seen riding on his skateboard when not fighting.

YANG

Yang is a character in the Street Fighter series. He first appeared in Street Fighter III and is voiced by Koji Tobe in New Generation and 2nd Impact and by Masakazu Suzuki in 3rd Strike. However, Yang is selectable only as a "palette swap" of his brother Yun in New Generation. In the latter two games Yang is a separate character with his own unique set of Special Moves and Super Arts. He is also a playable character in the arcade version of Super Street Fighter IV. The Lee Brothers were only relatives to their long-lost uncle Lee who fought in the first World Tournament (his wherabouts after that was unknown but he did request Gen to train them). With his twin brother Yun, he entered the third World Warrior tournament to show his skills. They later found and fought Gill, who appreciated their effort and granted them leadership of their town. They passionately turned down his offer, since they only fought him to stop his maniacal plans.

Yang has brown hair, styled as a spikey quiff. He sports a sleeveless, red kung fu shirt with a burgundy hem and yellow trim and buttons. On his arms, yellow wristbands that continue to form fingerless gloves, and black pants and sneakers. He is also seen wearing inline skates.

VEGA

Vega, known as Balrog in Japan, is one of the bosses of the Street Fighter fighting game series. He first appeared as a boss character in Street Fighter II. He is a memorable character, not only for his obsession with beauty, but also for the claw he wields and his unique fighting style.

Vega uses his own fighting style of which is a blend of Spanish Ninjutsu and Bullfighting.

Early sketches suggest that Vega was going to resemble a medieval knight wearing a full suit of armor. This idea was scrapped because Street Fighter was about fighters from all over the world, not time. Remnants of this concept are apparent in Vega's final design including a mask and a sharp metal claw.

Vega is one of the few Street Fighter characters to constantly carry a weapon, and the only character to do so in Street Fighter II. This claw is useful for both stabbing and slashing attacks, and gives him a very long range compared to most characters. It is the same type of weapon worn by Geki in the original Street Fighter. Vega is one of the fastest characters in the Street Fighter series, but also one of the most delicate; his defensive rating is unusually low compared to most of the other characters, to balance his incredible speed. Vega's swiftness and flying special techniques make him well-suited for multi-hitting combination attacks, confusing cross-ups, or long range poking attacks with the reach-advantage provided by his claw. It takes exactly fourteen blocked hits for Vega to lose his claw. This reduces his attack range significantly, and prevents him from doing certain super attacks. Since Super Street Fighter II Turbo, Vega can pick up the claw. In Street Fighter Alpha 3, he can lose his mask as well, though the effect is only cosmetic. In SNK vs. Capcom: SVC Chaos, Vega cannot lose his claw. In the Street Fighter EX series, Vega may reinforce or recover his claw with a super move.

URIEN

Urien is a character in the Street Fighter series. He first appeared in Street Fighter III: 2nd Impact and is voiced by Yuji Ueda in it and voiced by Lawrence Bayne in 3rd Strike. Urien is the inferior brother of Gill and tried to claim the leadership of his organization, the Illuminati. When he finally succeeded, he learned that there was an Emperor outranking him, his brother Gill. Now Urien still longs to overthrow Gill by creating his own army with the G-Project. He kidnapped one of the children Chun-Li looks after so she could get back in shape.

Urien (like Gill, his brother) is dressed like an ancient Greek Olympic athlete, wearing only a white loin cloth, although he is shown lighter-skinned and wearing business attire during the character introduction that precedes every match in Street Fighter III; his clothes shred and fly off, his skin darkens to a bronze complexion, and his hair turns from blond to metallic white before beginning his fight. Strangely enough, he has an appearance similar to that of Yashiro Nanakase of the King of Fighters series.
While his brother wields fire and ice, he can wield lightning and make his body metallic. Aside from a few exceptions, Urien has virtually the same move list as Gill, except that much of the input motions for performing the techniques are different. Unlike Gill, some of Urien's special moves are "charge" moves, thus forcing the player to work around the necessity for charge times. Urien also does less damage than his boss counterpart. Urien's moves tend to be named after Roman/Greek influences such as Spartan Bomb, Aegis Reflector, Chariot Rush, and Temporal Thunder.

TWELVE

Twelve is a character in the Street Fighter series. He first appeared in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike and is voiced by Lawrence Bayne. Twelve is the ultimate result of Gill's "G-Project," a biological warfare operation headed by Dr. Kure and overseen by Gill's brother, Urien, whom Twelve considers to be his father. A mimetic genetic creation, Twelve is able to assume the forms of other people and change the shape of any part of his body to fit the task at hand. He is also extremely resistant to damage and slavishly obedient, making him the perfect soldier. Once Twelve was declared a success, mass production began, and the original was sent on a special mission: locate and retrieve Necro, the original G-Project prototype, and Effie, Necro's companion and the one who freed him from the laboratory. In the game, when Necro encounters Twelve, Twelve is accompanied by several more of his "brothers" before he decides to fight Necro himself.

Whilst he can theoretically take on virtually any form, Twelve's default appearance is a milky-white semisolid male human. His body is generally smooth and featureless. His head is equally smooth and sloped like a helmet with a pair of thin, black eyes set above an expressionless, narrow mouth. Though he can alter his shape, the transformation is not perfect: he will maintain his coloring even on details such as clothing.Twelve's unusual fighting style extends to more than simply transforming his limbs into axes, spikes and other weapons. He is the only character with an air dash, which can alter the arcs of his jumps. He can also "crawl" on the floor, allowing him to remain mobile while evading many ranged attacks. Twelve can also render himself invisible for a short time using his taunt. His X.C.O.P.Y. super move transforms him into a copy of the opponent, allowing him to use any of that characters' standard moves.

THUNDER HAWK

T. Hawk, or Thunder Hawk , is an American Indian video game character in Street Fighter series. He was first introduced in Super Street Fighter II, and has made a few recent appearances after. When he was an infant, he and the members of his tribe were being forced off their land by Shadaloo. Some of the Thunderfoot members resisted and fought against them, and many were killed, including T. Hawk's father, Arroyo Hawk, who was killed by a younger M. Bison[1]. Now living in Mexico near the Monte Albán plains, T. Hawk wants nothing more than revenge from Bison for his despicable actions and to reclaim the land that was taken from his people. The Thunderfoot tribe had experienced disappearances of many of their people, T. Hawk took the responsibility of finding them. One of them, his beloved Julia, became Juli, one of Bison's brainwashed dolls.

He is the equal of Zangief in strength, but uses more finesse in his attacks. Though large, he can defeat many smaller, more agile fighters with his devastating Rising Hawk, Diving Hawk, and Mexican Typhoon techniques. Unlike most bulky warriors, he does not like to grapple, but he can when necessary. More often, however, he uses the swooping aerial attacks also at his disposal.

SODOM

Sodom is a video game character from the both the Final Fight and Street Fighter series. He first appeared in Final Fight. He was renamed Katana in the North American SNES version of Street Fighter Alpha 2 for name issues. He was a top member of the original Mad Gear gang. A Caucasian male born in the United States, Sodom is obsessed with Japanese culture and considers himself Japanese. He is well-versed in many elements of Japanese culture, though his usage of the language is somewhat dubious.
In the original Final Fight, Sodom controlled the Mad Gear gang from the Metro City Subway. He was undefeated in underground pro wrestling, albeit due to his use of "foreign objects" (the swords), until he met Guy, as well as Cody and Haggar. At first Sodom was honored to face a true ninja of Japanese descent like Guy, but this honor would turn into deep shame as Guy and his allies beat him. From then on, Sodom hated Guy for not only being one of the people to rid Metro City of his gang, but for destroying his undefeated streak which proved in his mind he was no match for a true Japanese fighter. The incident also cost him a lot of respect amongst his fellow gang members.

Sodom is the only character in Street Fighter Alpha 3 whose weapons he uses depends on what Ism is used. If using X-Ism fighting style, he'll use his katanas; otherwise, in the A-Ism and V-Ism styles, he will use his jitte. This is because his X-Ism visage is based on his Final Fight appearance.

Sodom was notable for being fairly difficult to defeat head-on in the original Final Fight, due to his dash attack being nearly invincible and quite damaging. However, it is possible to defeat him without actually taking any damage at all if the player approaches him along a vertical axis and uses grabbing and throwing moves, since his dash attack can only move horizontally or diagonally. Successful application of the above method can allow the player to easily defeat Sodom without harm, since he is the only boss character in Final Fight who does not have henchmen to back him up during battle.

In combat, Sodom wears tabi and geta, samurai gauntlets, blue jeans, body armor, and a samurai kabuto with a mask.

On the front of his outfit, Sodom has scrawled the Japanese kanji shi (死), meaning death. However, this kanji is not written properly, and actually has no meaning. Sodom's failed attempt at Japanese calligraphy emblazoned across his chest at all times is meant to be humorous.

He is never seen fighting without a pair of jitte or katana blades, making him one of the few characters to appear in the Street Fighter series to use weaponry. In the Japanese version of Final Fight, both katana are named Masamune, and Muramasa.

SKULLOMANIA

Skullomania was once an average salesman called Saburo Nishikoyama. His superiors were not pleased with his results as a salesman. Down on his luck and constantly under pressure for results, he volunteered to dress up and perform like a superhero at a carnival thrown for a top customer in their department store. He had hoped it would be chance to prove his value as a salesman. When he grabbed the attention of all in attendance, something clicked in him. Tired of his job, Skullomania decided to become a vigilante crime-fighter. Not much else is known of his past.

n Street Fighter EX2, like most other Arika characters, his storyline was changed. Instead of being a Japanese businessman, he was a defector from an army of an unknown nation. He and Shadowgeist are implied to be brothers.

Skullomania closely resembles a Japanese superhero called Kamen Rider, which interestingly enough, was based off of another character from the same creator called Skull Man.

Skullomania was officially used in the Arika game Technictix, released in Japan only. Skullomania also made an appearance in the PlayStation game, Fighter Maker, even with some of his special moves intact. His signature move is the Skullo Dream, an unblockable combo attack which is increasingly comedic in execution as the series progresses.

SHARON

Sharon is a character who appears exclusively in the Street Fighter EX series by Arika. She debuted in the arcade version of Street Fighter EX 2. Sharon was entrusted to a monastery when she was still an infant. As she grew up, Sharon would began lead a double life, working as an A-class agent for a secret intelligence organization, as well as a nun raising orphans at the monastery she was raised at. Having never known her true parents, Sharon spent everyday wondering who they were and whatever happened to them. One day, Sharon's superiors gave her orders to assassinate a certain individual from a neighboring country. While investigating the crime syndicate her target belonged to, she learned that one of the group's key member has the same rose tattoo she has on her chest. Sharon decided to disregard her duty and infiltrated the syndicate to ascertain the identity of this individual and whether or not the person was related to her. While chasing the person with the rose tattoo, she approached the mastermind of the organization. However, she was unable to capture either.

The person with the rose tattoo had the same abilities and fighting style Sharon had, managing to overpower her. For insubordination against her organization, as well as defying her monastery's commandment on pursuing personal vendettas, Sharon was placed on house arrest for a month. After serving her sentence, Sharon went on to continue her search for the person with the rose tattoo.

SAKURA

Sakura Kasugano is a character in the Street Fighter series. She is a 16-year-old (as of Street Fighter Alpha 3) Japanese schoolgirl who has an intense fascination with Ryu. She has managed to copy and learn some of Ryu's techniques, but really wants him to train her personally.

Sakura typically fights in her school's uniform, a short-skirted sailor fuku (seifuku) with the collar popped and red bloomers underneath. She wears a red top under her uniform, red boxing gloves, and a white headband (given by Ryu before Street Fighter Alpha 2). She has short brown hair.

Chronologically, Sakura first appeared in Rival Schools, where she had begun to participate in street fighting after watching Ryu win the first World Warrior tournament. Rival Schools saw Sakura involved in the adventure between her school and various others in Aohura city. Fighting in it, she realized how much it meant to her to protect something she cared about.
Sakura fights in an emulated version of Ryu's fighting style. She can successfully manipulate ki and is subsequently able to perform the "Hadouken" energy attack (however, due to her lack of training, she cannot throw it the full length of the arena like Ken or Ryu can). Unlike Ryu and other warriors from the same style, however, she can control the size of her Hadouken and throw larger Hadouken projectiles that sacrifice range and execution speed for size and power (up to 3 times larger). In the Marvel vs. Capcom series, she throws her Hadoukens diagonally upwards, though her "Hiyakeshita" (literally "Sunburned") version still throws them horizontally). In Capcom vs. SNK, she is given an energy spark instead of a traditional projectile (called the "Hadoushou") that hits 3 times but is limited to the area in front of her hands (though her EX version lets her use her special version of the Hadouken).

SAGAT

Sagat is a character in the Street Fighter series. He was originally a boss character in the early editions of series. He was later turned into a regular, playable character. According to Street Fighter co-creator Finish Hiroshi, Sagat's style was modeled after dramatic television kickboxing personalities. Sagat won the title of Emperor/God of Muay Thai from Nuah Kahn as a teenager, and became a national hero in Thailand. He defended his title from a fighter named Go Hibiki, in a match that cost Sagat the use of his right eye, and cost Go his life. Go's son, Dan, swore revenge on Sagat.

Sagat plays similarly to Ken and Ryu, with some notable differences. Foremost is his attack range: his low attacks and standing horizontal kicks have impressive range. In Street Fighter II, producing an array of alternating high and low fireball attacks can confuse and greatly damage an opponent. This technique is less viable in later games where projectiles do less damage, or can otherwise be avoided. In Capcom vs. SNK 2, Sagat's normal attacks, particularly his crouching fierce punch, have unusually high power and priority, making him one of the easiest characters to use effectively in that game. He is also known for his multiple-hitting Tiger Uppercut (Tiger Blow in the Alpha series) which is similar to Ken and Ryu's Shoryuken/Dragon Punch. The Tiger Blow had low priority against Shoryuken. In Street Fighter IV, the Tiger Uppercut has priority even over Ken's EX Shoryuken. Sagat's attacks do much more damage than Ryu or Ken. Sagat's supermoves such as Tiger Genocide have great priority.

RYU

Ryu is the main character and "hero" of the Street Fighter series. Ryu has made an appearance in every Street Fighter game, as well as in every crossover fighting game with Capcom characters in it. Ryu has arguably become the most famous character in the fighting game genre, starring in early fighting games such as Street Fighter, but really got well known in Street Fighter II, where he was considered a "basic" character. Ryu is portrayed as a Japanese man whose basic, and most recognizable attire from the Street Fighter II timeline consists of medium-length brown hair, brown eyes, a long, red headband; a white karate gi with the sleeves ripped off at the shoulders, bare feet, and a black belt.

Ryu is the quintessential "basic" character in fighting games with an intuitive array of punches and kicks, and very basic special moves. This simplicity makes Ryu a favorite for beginner and intermediate players. Ryu is available in every single Street Fighter game, allowing players familiar with previous Street Fighter games to begin playing immediately, without having to worry about learning how to use a new character, however, there are a few tweaks in his moveset which vary depending on the game. Ryu's techniques are the "Hadouken" which has become a staple projectile among fighting referred to as the "Fireball", the "Shoryuken" which is a favorite among many players to use, referred to as a "Dragon Punch" and is an uppercut maneuver that hits once, and the "Tatsumaki Senpuu Kyaku" or "Hurricane Kick" as most refer it to.

RUFUS

Rufus's basic appearance is that of a fat man with blond hair in a yellow and black jumpsuit.

Similar to how Dan is a parody of Ryo from SNK's Art of Fighting, Rufus seems to be similar to Bob from rival fighting game, Tekken 6. Both are obese American martial artists with blond hair, are incredibly fast for their size, have similar move sets and each a master of their respective fighting styles (self-taught kung-fu based on Snake style in the case of Rufus, freestyle karate in the case of Bob). Rufus' Messiah Kick and its mix up properties are exactly the same as one of Bob's attacks. However their personalities are opposites as Rufus is obnoxious and impatient while Bob is calm and serious, having deliberately gained weight. Rufus is a loudmouthed master of Kung-Fu, hailing from the U.S. Believing himself to be the strongest in America, he develops a personal hatred for Ken Masters, who carries that title officially. Often seen riding his motorcycle with his girlfriend, Candy (an attractive but not very bright, redheaded woman with a notably tacky way of dress who met Rufus while bailing on a diner check; he beat up the waiter), who seems to adore him and agree with his belief. He is very hasty and impatient, constantly jumping to conclusions to reach a goal which often results in him sacrificing accuracy for speed.

He declares himself America's Greatest Fighter and considers Ken Masters to be his rival. He fights to prove he is better than Ken Masters, though he frequently mistakes other fighters for Ken. According to the Super Street Fighter IV blog, he was born on July 30th, and one of his special skills is karaoke.
Rufus's only weakness is the absence of any projectile attack in his arsenal. His moves are damaging, he has high stamina, his combos are easy to perform, he is very quick, and both the Messiah Kick and Galactic Tornado serve as excellent means to overcome his lack of ranged attacks. Not only is he easy to pick up and play, but players aren't forced into a specific role as Rufus is effective whether played offensively or defensively.

ROSE

Rose is a fortune teller from Genoa and sensed that Doomsday was approaching, and knew a person of great evil was causing it. In Street Fighter Alpha 2, she found the source of the evil in Bison and defeats him, thinking she has rid the world of him for good. Unfortunately, by reading her tarot cards, she discovered Bison was still alive. In Street Fighter Alpha 3, Rose learned that she and Bison share the same soul. She faces Bison once more and rams her fist through his chest, channeling her energy into his body. Rose used all of her Soul Power to defeat Bison, but it was not enough. Rose passed out from complete exhaustion, and was soon found by Guy (who she met earlier on when he went after Shadaloo). When Bison was defeated by Ryu (who destroyed his body temporarily in the process), Bison's soul went to the Psycho Drive. Charlie sacrificed his life to try and destroy the Psycho Drive, but was not successful. Bison's soul then went to Rose's body, making her his temporary host.

Rose is tall, curvy and has long dark wavy hair that flows outward horizontally, violet eyes, a fair complexion, and a small mouth with full lips. Most official artwork of Rose make her appear to be puckering her lips. In battle, she wears a loose red evening gown with large gold buttons, and a large golden scarf around her shoulders and arms. By channeling her mysterious Soul Power through it, she is able to make the scarf glow, and wield it in such a way that is particularly damaging to her opponents. Rose also wears a dark colored body stocking, and manages to fight capably while wearing high heels.

In one of Rose's win poses, she wears a large red ball gown, a choker decorated with an antique key design, and matching earrings (in her ending movie in Alpha 2, she is seen wearing this outfit). Also, a lighting-bolt design is visible on her forehead in this form. In this particular victory pose, she holds tarot cards in each hand, and one in her cleavage. This win pose is reserved for a perfect win in Street Fighter Alpha 3, but is a normal victory in Capcom Fighting Evolution. In the UDON comic book series, Rose is often pictured in this attire, particularly when she is interpreting the future or some removed location.

ROLENTO F. SCHUGERG

Rolento F. Schugerg , more commonly referred by his first name, is a video game character from both the Final Fight and Street Fighter series. Like Sodom before him, he first appeared as a boss character in the first Final Fight, but later evolved into a playable fighter in Street Fighter Alpha 2.

Rolento wears a very militant outfit with weapon belts (where he keeps his grenades) going over his shoulders and a red beret on his head. He has a red scarf under his worn yellow outfit and fights with a green staff. This is a change from how he originally appeared in Final Fight, in which he wore an olive green uniform, and wielded a brown staff.

Rolento made his first appearance as fourth stage's boss in the original Final Fight. According to his original backstory, Rolento is a former member of the special forces unit, the Red Berets, explaining his military appearance and skills. He was put in charge of the gang's secret armory-producing plants in Metro City's industrial area and has great influence. He fights using a baton and his special techniques include a wall kick and his throw. When he's low on energy, he relies on throwing grenades instead. When defeated, instead of fading away like most enemies in the game, he blows himself up with his own grenades. After being defeated by Guy, he gained a scar on his face caused by a shuriken thrown by Guy. The Industrial Area stage, and by extension Rolento, was excluded in the SNES version of Final Fight (and its revised rerelease, Final Fight Guy) due to space constraint. Because of this, the developers of the SNES sequel, Final Fight 2, saw fit to include him in the following game to compensate his previous omission. In Final Fight 2, he is the boss of the fifth stage, Italy. His general appearance and fighting style remained unchanged from the previous game and he is the only returning enemy characer besides the Andore from the original game.

RETSU

Retsu is a master of Shorinji Kempo who fought in the first world warrior tournament. While the character never appeared in another Street Fighter game, he still forms part of the later games' backstories (being established as a friend of Ryu and Ken's teacher, Gouken). Retsu appears in the sixth issue where he is seen in a flashback of Ryu's childhood as a friend of his master Gouken. Retsu spars with Ryu and is almost beaten to death when Ryu goes into the Satsui no Hado but is stopped by Gouken.

He plays a role in a pair of Street Fighter II Drama CDs released in Japan, Mad Revenger and Portrait of the Magician, where he is voiced by Takeshi Aono.

REMY

Remy is a thin French fighter character in the Street Fighter series. His first and only appearance was in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike and he was voiced by Eiji Sekiguchi. Remy bears a grudge against all fighters since his father abandoned his family to pursue the path of the warrior, and his sister died (he encased her in a block of ice underwater in the Bay of Biscay to preserve her). In his ending, he mentions that he must "forget everything" to be happy for it was the darkness of being a warrior that caused his father to disappear and abandon Remy and his sister. He allows his sister's corpse to sink further to the very bottom of the sea, showing that he has put his dark past behind him.

Remy is a long-haired fighter wearing a leather jacket emblazoned with an omega and red pants. He has characteristically large hands, seen in both portrait artwork and sprites.Remy's fighting resembles the French martial art of Savate and his special moves are very similar to those of Guile and Charlie. He is one of the only characters in 3rd Strike that can effectively control space at all times and virtually any range with the combination of powerful long range attacks and zoning techniques.Remy also uniquely, has his moves in both French and Japanese(for the Japanese moveset only.)

RAINBOW MIKA

Rainbow Mika or R. Mika for short is a video game character from the Street Fighter fighting game series. Her real name is Mika Nanakawa , and she is a professional wrestler trained by the big, domineering, shinai-sporting, golf cart-riding, Yoko Harmegeddon.

Mika's goal is to be "Star of the Ring." To try to accomplish this, Mika decided she would travel abroad and battle famous street fighters even before she made her official debut. During that time, she met Zangief, a wrestler she is a huge fan of. Zangief inspired her as a pro wrestler to train hard for the next time they meet.

Q

Q is a character in the Street Fighter series. He first appeared in Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike and is voiced by Len Carlson. Not much is known about Q, except that he appears at different places around the world, and may be linked to various disasters. No one knows his real name, if he's human or not or even if he's a man. The CIA is searching for him.

Q sports a hat and trench coat, along with black pants and dress shoes, stereotypical of spies and detectives. His head is engulfed in a metallic shell-like mask which surrounds his entire head. The mask has yellow eyes of varying brightness. Q's neck is the only portion of his body that is visibly made of flesh and skin, as well as his legs during certain animations. The design for Q is believed to be based on similar-looking characters such as Robotto Keiji K (Robot Detective K). Although not a robot, the trench-coat, fedora and gloves are similar articles that H.G. Wells' "Invisible Man" wears.
Q's techniques resemble that of a brute force brawler, through one appearing physically contained, as opposed to a refined martial artist. Most of his move names are descriptions of his actions rather than proper nouns referring to a move name. Q's most signature special moves include his "Dashing Head Attack," a fast and useful attack that can cancel into super attacks, and his "Capture & Deadly Blow," a command grab which sends the opponent into the air for a juggle. His super attacks include a series of quick punches while he moves forward, as well as a move that punches the enemy in the stomach, then an overhead blow with both arms at once upon their head. He also has a move referred to as "Total Destruction." When activated, Q can choose to either punch or grab his opponent, depending on the situation, which emits a small explosion.
